Ben Allin benjaminallin1@gmail.com 770-545-9859 has been teaching ESL professionally and providing intercultural training to adults in Korea and the USA for many years. Now he focuses on equipping and empowering local church members and cross-cultural workers in training to serve international students and refugees through ESL friendly conversation events, bible studies, and fun activities. He recruits and develops members of local churches to engage international students and refugees in deep long-term relationships. He coordinates the ESL classes for international students on Tuesday and Thursday nights and Sunday mornings at http://www.intownesl.com/ near Emory University. He also supports the Sunday morning ESL conversation events and international Bible studies in Lawrenceville, GA. Ben has a Masters of Education for Teaching ESL to Adults, a Master of Arts in Intercultural Conflict Resolution, and is a trained mediator. Ben’s wife helps mostly Syrian and Congolese refugees in and around the Clarkston area connect with the local church members and ministry people.
