Please note: This trip is to allow international students the opportunity to experience Florida, build relationships with other international students and explore spiritual issues in the context of thoughtful and respectful dialogue. There will be some sharing times with specific Christian content during the trip.

Sea World® and Universal Studios®
Get up close and personal with amazing sea creatures, experience the Wild Arctic®, Shark Encounter® and much more at Sea World. Cost for these 2 entrances are included with registration fee of $240.
Magic
Kingdom®, EPCOT Center®
These are the one entrances you will have to pay out of pocket because they do not offer any group discount. We plan to spend two days with Mickey and his friends at Walt Disney's Magic Kingdom® and explore the wonders of achievement in science, industry and technology at EPCOT Center®.

Monday and Tuesday mornings are devoted to learning about Christmas through singing "carols"; plenary sessions with Dr. & Mrs. Lawson Lau; and small group discussions.
1 PM -6 PM beach and local sightseeing in St Pete

Who may attend?
The FCC is limited to international students & scholars already in the US with either F-1, F-2, J-1 or J-2 visas. It is not for students currently studying outside the US.
Children and other immediate family members of internationals students and scholars may attend the conference only if they are accompanied by the adult international student. Children must be at least 5 years old.
First priority is given to students; students with children; then students with parents.
You must come with an approved group leader (see below). We are not able to accommodate students traveling independently.
Registration and costs
Registration deadline is December 1, 2009 on a "first come-first served basis." But please understand that last few years registration has been full by 11/20. WARNING: Register BEFORE deadline or it might already be full.
Cost is $240* per person for 2 people ($200 for children) in a motel room
$240 includes Sea World and Universal entrance fees

When you register online, be sure to specify your

unmarried couples are placed in same gender rooms at host family and motel. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.
*Additional Expense
Additional expenses will include: Your transportation to Florida, (contact the staff group leader in your area for details below: admissions to Disney World's Magic Kingdom and Epcot, and spending money for some meals, film, souvenirs, etc. Sea World and Universal Studios entrances will be paid for from $240 registration deposit. All meals are at your expense except for 3 continental breakfasts @ motel, 3 box lunches and 2 dinners, so bring $100 for about 12 meals. In other words, total cash or "out of pocket" expenses could be ~$250 for food and 2 Disney entrance fees.
Refunds
$200 of the $240 conference fee and all transportation cost is refundable if you cancel before 12/1/09. To receive a refund after 12/1/09, you will need to find a substitute of your gender to take your place if we do not have a wait list to fill your vacancy.
Participation
Your registration means you agree to participate in all scheduled conference events. The conference does not make allowance for personal ventures during the conference. There are no exceptions. Out of respect for our host families and churches, drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited and smoking is not permitted inside the church buildings, host homes or on the bus.
